Orders and Payments

We process all payments securely through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize Aroma Candles LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. If your order is canceled or modified, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within three to five (3–5) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather, and carrier performance. We currently ship within the United States. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking details when available. Aroma Candles LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Returns, Refunds, and Damages

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
